About

Hi, I’m Lakita

I’m Lakita, a multi-passionate person whose work brings together yoga, embodiment, coaching and a deep curiosity about what it means to feel truly connected to ourselves.

What Led Me Here

My Journey

Into

This Work

I create spaces that invite you to step away from the pace of everyday life and into a greater sense of presence. Spaces to pause, explore and connect with what feels true for you.

My approach is gentle, intuitive and experiential. I believe that creating space to be present and listen inward can support greater self-awareness, acceptance and compassion. I’m interested in the ways we come to understand ourselves through the experiences we move through and the space we create to meet them with curiosity.

My own journey has naturally led me towards this work. The practices and approaches I share are ones I have explored and experienced for myself and that continue to support me in my own life. In many ways, I continue to learn through my own experience and to share from a place of what I genuinely know and value.

Alongside this, I work in the wellness and media space, which feels deeply connected to my own journey with wellbeing. It also gives me space to express my creativity and explore ideas in ways that bring me joy.

For over a decade, I travelled the world and moved through all kinds of different jobs and experiences. While I was grateful for the opportunities and the life they allowed me to live, I often felt a sense of unfulfilment and wondered if there was another way. I began to imagine a way of working that could bring together the things I feel deeply connected to and allow me to create a life that felt more like my own. I’m grateful to now be living that reality and to create spaces where others can explore what a more aligned and meaningful life might look and feel like for them.
